WINDYRUSH AWAY SWIM MEET INFORMATION When: Thursday, June 5th, 2025 Where: 6441 Windyrush Drive Wear your FXE tie dye to support the Gators! SWIMMER ARRIVAL TIME: 5:00pm WARMUPS: 5:30pm MEET START TIME: 6:00pm MEET ENTRIES & HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be sent out when they're available and they will be posted on the website. Please download the SwimTopia app to view the meet entries and heat sheets. Please take a few minutes to check over your swimmers entries and let us know ASAP if there are changes that need to be made. Heat sheets will NOT be available for purchase at the meet. Please remember to print your heat sheet at home before arriving or view using the SwimTopia app. Bring Sharpies for marking events on your swimmer. VOLUNTEER CHECK IN: Please check in with our volunteer coordinator, Claire Lukens, when you arrive. She will be able to direct you where you need to go. PARKING: Windyrush has a small parking lot, attendants will direct you to spaces and direct you where to park in the neighborhood. Please park only on the sidewalk sides of Windyrush Road and Lancer Drive. We have parking for approximately sixty cars in our paved lot. We will open the lower, unpaved lot depending on the weather. SEATING: FXE will sit on the right side of the pool by the slide, farthest from the baby pool area. Feel free to bring chairs, there is plenty of deck space.

CONCESSIONS:The snack bar will be open on a limited basis (drinks, ice cream, candy) and the 22 Street Kitchen food truck will be on site. Let's have fast swims, lots of fun and remember to have good sportsmanship at Windyrush! Remember to stay in the water until everyone in your heat has finished Congratulate those in the lanes next to you Remember to use kind words and keep your hands to yourselves. Swimmers need to be on deck at all times so we can find you when needed Stay out of the sun during the day. MEET ABSENCES: Please remember to declare your swimmer as "Not attending this meet" if they are going to miss a meet. This keeps the coaches from guessing who will and will not be there and saves them a tremendous amount of time. This should be filled out 3 days in advance of the meet. If a swimmer must miss a meet after they are entered PLEASE email the coaches at [email protected] as soon as possible.
